COMPETITION MAKES US FASTER; COLLABORATION MAKES US BETTER.

A friendly competition between branches is something HaRem Employees’ look forward to every year and this, became a tradition already. In a short span of time, each group is expected to showcase their hidden talents on the “Big Day”.

This year, all groups were given only 2 weeks to prepare - conceptualize and practice - not neglecting the workload. All are in the same page, to be able to give a great performance more than aiming to be this year’s Ultimate Champion.

“We can do this!” - A very re-assuring line that can make your heart smile before the performance.

All performed well. Newbies and Regular Employees prepared so much for this talent showcase. But, one team clearly won the competition.

Team HO, bagged the Champion Title! Even being the group composed of several departments, of people with different temperaments, views and priorities, bagged again the Winner’s Right!

What made them win? Hard work. Determination. Patience. Trust. Fun. A perfect collaboration of these will always make you a WINNER, inside or outside work, having the right mind set will take you to places.
