Harem Thanksgiving Tour in Corregidor

2020, 4th of February. Harem brings people together as we make waves to Corregidor Island. An entertaining and well-planned trip that helps us build good relationship, improves our business culture, and create a better cohesion within the whole team.

The most successful, memorable team building events are ones that don't feel like a day at the office or at the stores, and that's what we actually felt all throughout the tour.

One example that comes to mind: The part we were brought to "Malinta Tunnel". The lights and sound show that comes with the day tour which makes you stop and think about the horrors of war and its lasting impact.

It turns out that happiness and learning are tied very closely together. Trying new things with other staff can generate good vibes, which in return benefits the business itself. Choosing something unique and slightly outside of people's comfort zones can encourage everyone to come together in new ways.Corregidor is filled with so much history, and the way the tours are arranged to this Island has made the learning experience fun too.

Non-stop picture taking with the beautiful people of Harem and beautiful place of Corregidor Island. We even had a photo contest where the best chosen photo will have a free hotel accommodation in Boracay.

After a tiring but fun-filled day tour, we had our lunch all together. But it didn't stop there, everyone was very excited as they announced the winners for the raffle draw. We may not have all received prizes but the experience shared and the bonding were served as prizes as well.

Aside from the raffle draw, each team have their representative to show the Tala dance steps to entertain the whole team. It's seems that BH representative is having a lucky day because it was her again who won the Tala dance showdown.

We are all very thankful for this experience and we stand to take new challenges and continue to make waves to be an effective member of Harem family.

Surround yourself with the right people! They may not have same wavelength as yours but they are the people (you just met by chance) who are willing to go through the waves (big and small) with you! Thanks HaRem Fam! Til’ next tour/s #HaremMakingWaves#Corregidor2020#Tram4
