Virtual meetings became the new norm for employees and companies all around the world – just looking at Zoom, 200 million people were using the app every day at the beginning of 2020, compared to 10 million in December 2019.
With God’s Grace, last March 09, 2021, we held our 1st virtual Brand General Assembly post-quarantine period. We chose Green as our motif not just to represent Browhaus but to spread the true meaning of it – hope, life, growth, safety, and sometimes associated with money.
As mentioned by April, from “WE ARE ALL IN THIS TOGETHER”, Browhaus Heads came up with “Survivors’ 3-Os” as Browhaus’ 2021 battle cry.
• Outwit – to come out better.
• Outplay – to perform better.
• Outlast – to live or last long.
Historical and current performances were discussed, which the challenge is up for Browhaus to do better starting March until the year end.
For every General Assembly, as much as possible, we would like to make it fun and informative to everyone. Thankful for the online tools like Kahoot and Online Word Bingo that added fun to the General Assembly!
In depth reviews of the relevance of our safety protocols in place were hot topics as well. This is to ensure that we prioritize the safety of all our internal and external customers. Exciting new product Take off and new service Brow Lamination were discussed to share how innovative Browhaus is in making all Filipinos feel and look beautiful. Ana Gavino also gave us a virtual tour of our newest branch in S Maison, Conrad! Lastly, our special project – Customer Segmentation. This project allows us to understand clients like, what are their behaviors, interests, etc. in which will greatly help us take care of them effectively, and sell to them as they continue to be loyal to us.
Congratulations to all January and February target hitters! You’ve remained focused and dedicated amidst this pandemic. May you all continue to inspire others in order for us to reach our goal!
